The Ukrainian Marine Corps Veterans’ Corps is a community of people united by their service, mutual responsibility and respect for the Ukrainian Marine Corps.
If you are part of this community or share our values, please choose a way to get involved that suits your circumstances. We value every level of involvement — from offering support and sharing information to systematic work and service.
It is military service alongside those who need support the most.
Its main task is to support the families of servicemen who have been killed, taken prisoner or are missing in action, to help them deal with difficult life situations, and to facilitate communication between families, military units and the command.
This course is for people who are ready to:
— to work with the families of servicemen who have been killed, taken prisoner or are missing in action;
— to help people facing difficult life circumstances;
— to act as a reliable link between families, units and the command;
— to take responsibility for supporting those in need.
The patronage programme is neither volunteering nor community work carried out in one’s spare time.
It is a form of military service that requires maturity, discipline, resilience and a willingness to deal with human suffering, loss and uncertainty.
We are looking for veterans, service personnel with limited fitness for service, and family members of service personnel of all categories who are willing to commit themselves to this work and undergo the necessary training.
For many, this is an opportunity to continue serving the state and the military community in a new role — by helping those who are facing the toughest challenges.
